We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer and have not appointed one. Your requests are handled by the controller directly.
We collect only what you enter in a form yourself. The site has no user accounts and we never ask for payment details.

We also process technical data necessary to run the site — chiefly the IP address and browser type in our hosting provider’s server logs. They serve security and error detection, and we do not link them to your registration.
We process form data on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You give consent by submitting the form and may withdraw it at any time — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
Technical data in server logs is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in running the site securely and reliably.
Providing the data is voluntary. Without it, however, we cannot place you in the queue or send you a voucher.
Registration data is kept until the app launches and for a maximum of 12 months thereafter, or less — until you withdraw consent. If the project does not launch, we delete the data no later than 24 months after your registration.
Server logs are kept briefly, typically days to weeks.
We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for third-party marketing. We work with providers who run the technical side for us and act as processors:

The providers above are based in the USA and data may be processed outside the EU. Transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or by an adequacy decision (EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and shows no cookie banner, because it does not need one. Traffic is measured with Vercel Analytics, which works without cookies and without profiling individual visitors — it collects aggregate statistics only.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
If you believe we are handling your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
We may update this text, for example when the app launches or a new tool is added. The current version is always on this page along with the date it was last updated.
